Cancellation / No Show Policy

The Exterminators is committed to delivering high-quality pest control and treatment services. When an appointment is scheduled, that time is specifically reserved for you and our team allocates the necessary staff and equipment to attend your service.

If an appointment is cancelled at short notice or if no one is available at the property at the scheduled time, we are unable to reallocate that booking. As our technicians have still been scheduled and dispatched, a call-out fee will apply in these circumstances.

We understand that appointment changes may sometimes be necessary. To avoid unnecessary charges, we kindly ask that you provide at least one business day’s notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your booking.

If sufficient notice is not provided, a $99 call-out fee will be charged for cancelled or missed appointments.
