5/5 Stars – Excellent Annual Service & Hassle-Free Booking! We recently had Rob out for our annual pest inspection and preventative service, and he did an outstanding job. Here is what made the experience so great:
Easy Booking: Scheduling the appointment was incredibly smooth and hassle-free, with great communication from the start.
Meticulous Inspection: Rob thoroughly checked all potential problem areas inside and outside the property to ensure everything remains clear
Proactive & Informative: He gave us excellent, practical advice on how to keep our home pest-free until next year's visit.
Professional & Punctual: He arrived right on time, worked efficiently, and was completely respectful of our home.
If you want peace of mind and top-tier service, he is highly recommended!!

Highly recommended. Rob is very knowledgeable and helped us with our pest control needs. He provided a lot of useful advice and took the time to explain everything clearly. He also followed up after the treatment to ensure everything was going well and to answer any additional questions we had. His professionalism, prompt service, and attention to detail were greatly appreciated. We would not hesitate to use his services again and recommend him to others.
Thank you.

Excellent service! We had Rob come out to do pest control on our house and he was very friendly and professional. It didn't take long yet I could also tell he was very thorough and efficient, and we have already noticed a difference. 10/10 would recommend :)

Rob is fantastic at every stage of the process, from the initial consultation to the final wrap-up. We hired him for both termite and pest control at a very reasonable price.

What really stood out was his transparency; he explained exactly what the solutions could—and more importantly, couldn’t—do. By setting realistic expectations, we knew not to expect a "magic" disappearance of every critter overnight. After calling several other companies, Rob rose to the top of our list due to his patience, deep knowledge, and professional delivery. We highly recommend giving him a call—he’s informative, honest, and never pressures you to book.

Just had a general pest control service done by Rob at The Exterminators—couldn’t be happier with the results! We had an ant and cockroach problem, and now the house is completely pest-free.

Highly recommend The Exterminators. If you’re dealing with pests, definitely give them a go!
